Where We’re Staying

We’re all staying together at Villa Tayrona, a beautiful private resort in Bucerias, Nayarit, Mexico, less than an hour from Puerto Vallarta where we’ll all be flying into. Jackson is planning to pick everyone up from the airport and will coordinate that separately. Your rooms are assigned! 

We recommend activating or considering temporary international phone services for this trip.

What We’ll Be Doing

We're so excited to have most of our families meeting for the first time! With that in mind, we’ve planned a fun weekend with everything from sailing to wine tastings and dinners out on the town! When there is free time, feel free to explore Bucerias (Uber works there) or hangout by the pool. 

What We’ll Be Eating

Most meals are planned and will be provided, other meals are on your own! We will include instructions on how to request (and pay for) additional food, snacks and drinks that you’d like to have in your room. Most rooms have a full kitchen and the resort will plan to stock your room with your requests prior to arrival. 

How to Order Food and Drinks

Okay, we DO NOT want to be making a ton of trips to the grocery store so please be mindful of this prior to our trip. Secondly, we have already planned a lot of food for this weekend. So, our recommendation is to think about snacks and drinks! 

Alcohol

Note that we’ll be providing wine for the dinners but that's it, you’re on your own for day drinks, cocktails and beer! Disclaimer from Villa Tayrona: we prefer that you underestimate the quantity of items you need, as we don’t want you to overspend.
